Below are some FAQs about the services we offer and gear we make.
Scioto Made Bags & Gear:
Is there a warranty on Scioto Made bags?
- Yes! We back all Scioto Made bags and gear with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. However we don’t cover misuse, alterations gone wrong, or lost items.
Do you offer repair services?
- We offer FREE repair and adjustment services for any Scioto Made brand bag. If for some reason part of the bag failed, Contact Us for a FREE evaluation or if it’s beyond repair we will replace it and recycle part of your bag that can be used again!
- Currently do not offer these services on outside brands.
Do you sell wholesale?

Design & Manufacturing:
What design services do you offer?
- All of our bags are proudly designed and manufactured at The Shop located in Columbus, OH. Along with Scioto Made gear, we also offer product design and manufacturing services to other companies.
- Costs will vary per project, but will generally include the following: consultation, digital design and patterning, proto-typing, final product selection and full production.
Embroidery & Branding Services
Do you make custom hats/ apparel?
- Yes our minimums start at 12 units
What embroidery services do you offer?
- We can embroidery on hats, polos, sweatshirts and many other items. Minimums for embroidery services start at 12 units per item.
Do you apply patches to hats/ apparel/ bags, etc.?
- Yes! We can apply patches to these items.
Do you make custom patches?
- We can make small batch custom patches in house. If your project calls for greater than 24, we have a trusted vendor that we work with to get patches made in bulk.
Can you embroider individual/personal items?
- Unfortunately this is not a service offered at this time.
Do you offer screen printing services?
- We do not offer screen printing services in house. However, if your project involves screen printed apparel, we have a trusted source in Columbus, Ohio that we use for this service.
We don’t know what we want. Will you help us?
- For custom orders, the process can be as simple as "Here's a logo, put it on this" or we can develop a merch portfolio that meets your brand's needs. We will source items that are on brand and will provide look books to enable you to see the whole merch portfolio together.
- We do not provide Graphic Design services but work with a number of designers we can connect you with.
